Day 2 - Crazy Science Project: Sourdough bread starter - attempt #1

So far, so good.  This is what our sticky ball turned into after about 14 hours.  It was supposed to be 12 hours but I couldn't get to it then.  It relaxed.

Now time to "feed" our beast 1/2 cup of flour and 1/4 cup of room temperature water.
